I convene our Master of Archaeological & Evolutionary Science and Master of Biological Anthropology (Advanced) programs. We focus heavily on equipping students with the theory and skills required to undertake a scientific study of the past and present of humanity using Archaeology and/or Biological Anthropology perspectives. If you're a prospective student looking to come to the ANU to study with us, feel free to take a look at these short talks from our various Open Days where you can find out more: Open Day 2020 (PG), Open Day 2020 (UG), Masters Webinar 2018.
Over the course of my career I have convened multiple undergraduate and postgraduate courses, both in the UK and Australia. I have delivered lectures, seminars, tutorials, and lab practicals, covering topics that range from human skeletal anatomy, biology, health, disease, aspects of human evolution, bioarchaeology, palaeopathology, advanced methods in archaeological science, statistics, microscopy, and introductory topics in biological anthropology. A list of these can be found below.
I am currently on a Research Fellow contract and will not be teaching full time until July 2022.
