Very excited to have had two abstracts accepted to present some of the research I have been recently involved in at the upcoming 86th Annual Meeting of Physical Anthropologists in New Orleans, LA, US!
The first presentation is Paula Fuente García's (my research student) work on osteon circularity variation with femur size and anatomical region in archaeological humans. The second presentation is our recent work on a biorhythms in human enamel in great apes:
Fuente P, Miszkiewicz JJ, Deter C, Mahoney P. Osteon Circularity variation with femur size and anatomical region in archaeological humans.
Mahoney JJ, Miszkiewicz JJ, Pitfield R, Deter C, Guatelli-Steinberg D. Biorhythm tracks enamel thickness in humans and great apes.
Looking forward to April!
