I will be presenting my work on investigating the extent to which entheseal changes reflect bone remodelling at the modern human femoral midshaft at the upcoming paleohistology conference in Bonn (Germany, July 2-5). This study is a collaboration with the University of Michigan (US) and the Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology in Leipzig (Germany). Looking forward to this year's meeting!

I'm extremely happy to learn that I've been shortlisted for a Teaching Award at the University of Kent for the second time in my career! The awards ceremony will take place on 30th March, which is when the result will be officially announced. I have really enjoyed teaching all the undergraduates at the university, and I am incredibly happy that they enjoyed it too!
